Winspace NZ does not accept any returns or refunds based on change of mind or any issues arising from improper installation or damage. Please select the products very carefully and ensure that it is the correct product for you and your bike prior to making any orders.
Winspace NZ will comply with all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you receive a faulty or defective item, you must inform Winspace NZ immediately. Manufacturer warranty periods and availability of items for repair or replacement is at the manufacturer's discretion and not controlled by Winspace NZ. We will make our best efforts to provide a remedy depending on the nature of the fault. You must ensure that the correct product is chosen for your application.
The products we sell are primarily sealed units. Winspace NZ are not obligated to provide refunds or exchanges on products where the incorrect selection has been made by the customer. If Winspace NZ provides any exchange on orders for you out of good will, a restock fee of no less than 20% of your order value will apply at our discretion.
If your order consists of more than one product, the Winspace NZ team may combine packaging of smaller items into larger product boxes.
